The weighted vest is machine washable at 30°C, but do not use fabric softener. Before washing, remove the metal buckle and, of course, all weights. Ensure the Velcro closures are closed as much as possible to prevent wear. After washing, the vest should air dry. Do not use a dryer or fabric softener.

Kwalitatief mooi afgewerkt gewichtsvest! Erg prettig dat er gewicht per 1 kg bij of uitgehaald kan worden. Na gebruik met 20 kg wel na verloop van tijd druk op de schouders wat het draagcomfort doet beïnvloeden.

Das Training mit der Weste ist der Hammer ist genau das, was ich mir vorgestellt hab. Die Qualität ist top die Optik auch. Ich steh auf die Metall schnalle vorne es gibt noch mal ein deutlich massiver Look.
