Shipping costs
Delivery of your package within the Netherlands is free.
Delivery address
When you place an order on apex-motion.com you can choose to have your package delivered to your own address or to an alternative address. However, your order cannot be delivered to a PO Box address.
Delivery time
Your order will be delivered to the address you specified within 1-3 business days as standard. Our business days are from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be shipped the next business day. We ship your package via DHL.
Track your order
After placing an order on apex-motion.com, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace number when your order leaves our warehouse. This allows you to track your package all the way to your front door. If you are not at home to receive your order, the DHL delivery person will leave a note with a delivery code. With the delivery code in the bottom right corner and your postcode, you can see the next steps of your package. Schedule delivery where and when it suits you? That's no problem. Would you rather pick up your package at another DHL ServicePoint or would you like us to visit you again? You can easily make a new appointment according to your wishes via DHL.
Packaging
We pack your parcel with great care, so that you receive your order in good order. If this is not the case, you can contact our customer service.
Returns
After receiving your order, you have 30 days to think about your purchase. If you do not want to keep the ordered items, you can return them free of charge within 30 days. The items must be returned undamaged to the return address ( Wold 10 03, 8225AA Lelystad) . If your item is damaged when you receive it, we ask you to contact our customer service immediately: support@apex-motion.com. Click here for all return conditions.
