Return conditions

Return period

After receiving your order, you have 30 days to register your item as a return in your account. After registering your return, you have 14 days to send it in.

NB!

The item to be returned must be in the original condition in which it was received. The item may only have been used to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Items must be returned undamaged, unwashed and in their entirety. Damaged and/or used items will be returned and not processed as a return.

Free returns

Returns are always free with us.

Pack your item securely, preferably in the original box.

Received a damaged or defective item?

If your item is damaged upon receipt, we ask that you contact our customer service immediately: support@apex-motion.com.


Refund
You will always receive the purchase amount back in the same way in which you paid this amount.

Within 7 days after delivery at a parcel point your return will be processed. Sometimes processing a return can take a little longer. You will receive an email from us when your return has been processed.

After your return has been processed, the purchase amount will be credited to your account within 5 working days.
