Return Period
After receiving your order, you have 30 days to register your item for return in your account. After registering your return, you have 14 days to send it.

The returned item must be in its original received condition. The item may only be used to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and functioning. Items must be returned undamaged, unwashed, and in their entirety. Damaged and/or used items will be returned and not processed as a return.
Free returns
Returns are always free of charge with us.
Please pack your item securely, preferably in its original box.
Received a damaged or defective item?
If your item is damaged upon receipt, please contact our customer service immediately: support@apex-motion.com.
Refund
Your return will be processed within 7 days of delivery to a parcel point. Sometimes, processing a return can take a little longer. You will receive an email from us once your return has been processed.
After your return has been processed, the purchase amount will be in your account within 5 working days.
