2. Temporary Discounts and Offers
At APEX MOTION, we periodically run discount campaigns and offers. These temporary discounts are intended to provide extra value to our customers. The following conditions apply to all discounts:
- Discount Type: Temporary discounts may vary, including percentage price reductions or fixed discounts on selected products.
- Duration of the discount: The duration of discounts is always clearly stated with the promotion. Unless otherwise stated, discount promotions are valid for a maximum period of 30 days.
- End of discount period: After the promotional period expires, products will automatically be offered again at the regular retail price.
- Special seasonal offers: During specific seasons or events (such as Black Friday, Christmas, or Summer Sale), discounts can go up to 50%. These offers are always limited in time and clearly communicated with start and end dates.
- End of discount period for seasonal promotions: Seasonal discounts are valid for a maximum period of 14 days, unless otherwise stated.
3. Permanent Price Reductions
We do not apply permanent price reductions, as this is not in line with our policy and market regulations. Any price reductions are always temporary and clearly linked to specific promotions or periods.
4. Inventory and Availability Corrections
If a product is temporarily unavailable or out of stock during a discount period, we reserve the right to offer the product once it is back in stock. In that case, the previous discounted price may no longer apply.
5. Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time based on changes in costs or market conditions. Any price changes will always be communicated in a timely manner on our website, and products already ordered before a price change will be delivered at the price valid at the time of ordering.
6. Discount Codes and Vouchers
Sometimes APEX MOTION offers additional discounts through discount codes or vouchers:
- These codes are time-limited and only valid for the duration of the specific promotion.
- Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
7. Product Availability and Sale Policy
Products on sale are delivered while supplies last. Once the stock of a sale item is depleted, the offer may be terminated prematurely, even if the announced discount period is still running.
8. Pricing Errors
In the rare event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel an order and notify the customer of the error and the correct price.
